MONDAY - BODHISATTVA Meditations & Buddhist Ritual
Every Monday evening, 7:00-9:00pm
Facilitated by Brother
ChiSing, this deeper experienced Buddhist meditation & study
circle (12+ persons) is open to those who have been meditating
regularly at Awakening Heart / Dallas Meditation Center for at least 3
months. Through Silence, Stillness, and the Practice of Deep
Simplicity, we practice an Integral "One Dharma"
approach to spirituality. If
you are a meditator who can sit in stillness, breathing
silently, then please feel free to join us on Monday evenings
for meditation, teachings and sharing in an atmosphere of deep
serenity and spaciousness. Deepen your life through mindful
silence and sharing. NAMO AMITABHA!

Every Tuesday evening, 7:00-9:00pm
Facilitated by Brother
ChiSing, this Guided Meditations group (12+ persons) is
perfect for beginners (and also for more advanced
practitioners who want to supplement their silent practice with
guided meditations). Each month we will have a new theme.
November's theme is: "AMITABHA (Infinite Light)"

Mindful YOGA for all Levels
Every Monday morning, 10:00-11:15am
Every Wednesday afternoon, 3:15-4:30pm
Every Thursday evening, 7:00-8:15pm
Connect mind, body, and spirit. Increase balance,
flexibility, strength, endurance, and concentration in a dynamic
physical practice uniting body and breath. Through the mindful
practice of yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breath), and
meditation, students will connect to the present moment of their
experience, melt away stress and fatigue, and become more
physically, mentally, and emotionally fit. Bring your yoga mat
and water. Some mats are available for use if you do not have
your own. Facilitated by Andy McDonald, RYT.

Yoga Playshop with Andy McDonald
Learn about yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, physical
alignment and the benefits of practicing yoga. Explore the
structure of yoga as a practice, find the best alignment for
your body in yoga postures, connect the breath with the body's
movement, and build confidence in your yoga practice. Workshop
includes lecture, practice of yoga asanas (postures),
meditation, and relaxation. Bring water, a notebook or journal,
comfortable clothing offering freedom of movement, and a yoga
mat (some yoga mats are available for students who don't have one).
Suggested donation level is $25-$40.
